Police are looking for this man for the cold
blooded, planned murder of four Lakewood
police officers Greg Richards, 42, Tina Griswold,
40, Ronald Owens, 37, and Sgt. Mark Renninger,
39. The four were killed when a gunman opened
fire on them at a Parkland, Wash. coffee store

manhunt came as authorities in two states took
heat for the fact that Clemmons was allowed
to walk the streets despite a teenage crime
spree in Arkansas that landed him a 95-year
prison sentence. He was released in 2000 after
then-Gov. Mike Huckabee commuted his sentence.

Cops
tasered 3 kids, threatened one with sodomy
A shelter for adolescents in southern Illinois
is suing the local sheriff’s office for
what it describes as an unprovoked attack by
two police officers on four children, three of
whom were tasered, and one of whom was threatened
with sodomy by a sheriff’s deputy.
According to the legal filing, quoted in
the Mount Vernon Register, one
deputy “physically pushed R.E. towards
his bunk and shocked him repeatedly with a
taser. … R.E. was tased multiple times
to multiple locations on his person, including,
but not limited to, his neck. Deputy Bowers
shouted to B.B. to lie down in his bunk and
physically forced him to lie down.
“Without physical provocation and/or
physical gestures from B.B., Deputy Bowers
held B.B. down on his bed and shocked him repeatedly
with a taser. While he was tasing B.B., Deputy
David Bowers threatened to sodomize B.B. As
a result of this repeated and excessive tasing,
B.B. urinated and defecated himself. Deputy
David Bowers was aware that B.B. urinated himself
after the tasing.”
“As Z.P. was being repeatedly tased,
[17-year-old] Megan Geisler pleaded with Deputy David Bowers and Deputy
Lonnie Lawler to stop.
Deputy David Bowers ordered Deputy Lonnie Lawler
to handcuff Megan Geisler. … Deputy
David Bowers grabbed Megan Geisler by her arms,
lifted her off her feet, and carried her through
the male dormitory to a nearby closet. On the
way to the closet, Deputy David Bowers lifted
Megan Geisler off the ground, pressed her against
a wall and choked her. While choking her, Deputy
David Bowers said, ‘do you want to live
or die bitch’ to Megan Geisler. Megan
Geisler was then thrown into a closet. At this
time she began vomiting and heaving.”

1/18/10 Rapes
of elderly women terrify central Texas
towns YOAKUM, Texas – With a serial
rapist on the loose, Cassandra
McGinty has developed a new routine when
she arrives home: search room to room,
a handgun or stun gun drawn.
The predator has been assaulting older women
in central Texas over the past year, terrifying
residents and frustrating investigators who
have only a vague description of the suspect.
Pepper spray has
been flying off the shelves in the towns
where the attacks have occurred, and McGinty
said her landlord in Marquez handed out stun
guns as Christmas gifts. Nearly
200 miles away in Yoakum, elderly volunteers
at the local museum have been locking its
doors during business hours.
"I used to think I was too old for
anybody to mess with," said McGinty,
55. "I can't say that anymore."
Beginning with the rape of a 65-year-old
woman in Yoakum last
January, authorities have linked eight sexual
assaults or attempted sexual assaults to
the suspect, who has been dubbed the "Twilight
Rapist" because most of the attacks
occurred around dawn. They also believe he
robbed or attempted to rob four other women.
The victims have all been women, ranging
in age from 65 to 91. One rape victim played
piano at her church on Sundays. An 81-year-old
woman scared off an intruder with a gun,
firing several rounds for good measure. A
66-year-old woman was attacked twice, despite
having moved across town following the first
assault.
