Health is a unity and harmony within the mind, body and spirit which is unique to each person, and is as defined by that person. The level of wellness or health is, in part, determined by the ability to deal with and defend against stress. It is rare these days to actually find people who feel happy in their bodies, with their bodies and can honestly say that on all levels of being, they are balanced. There are way too many factors these days that seem to be uncontrollable no matter what we do to keep ourselves healthy. Once upon a time, not that long ago, before allopathic medicine, rather then homeopathic medicine, became the forced choice of all of us, before our air, our water, our food, our soil and our bodies had been contaminated and toxic, each person was responsible for their own health. The norm was not to run to doctors for pills for this and that, but to use time-honored remedies, of herbal, acupuncture, and many other traditional methods that worked for thousands of years in each culture. It is really hard to say what it was like for each ancient culture, if they had more health, more energy, more balance or happiness because we do not have written records really, of what the common people experienced in their lives. We do know from evidence of studying old skeletons that people did suffer from some diseases, arthritis being one of them. The archeologists have discovered that there were some very advanced forms of surgery done on the heads of people, so surgery is not even new. To be fair, we 'want' to believe that people who used more natural methods, healthier food, water and air were on the whole healthy, and perhaps happier. That seems like a logical hypothesis, but not provable. We are being shown today, happily because of our mass media people who have changed their lifestyles, with more fresh foods, air, water and exercise, that they are 'seemingly' more healty overall and happier. There are many of us whose lives have been saved by some of the newer diagnostic, surgical and pharmeceutical opportunities. To deny this would also be a lie, modern medicine has proven extremely valuable, however we do know that thousands, if not millions of lives are lost every year due to'mis-use' of prescription drugs, hospital and doctor mis-diagnosis, infections in hosptials and even malpractice. Now, more and more we have uncovered evidence that some vaccinations are not only ineffective but can be extremely damaging to many of us. We have super-bugs that have developed because of their immunity to the antibiotics that we have given out too freely. Now we have strains of Tuberculosis that do not respond to anything. We have 'flesh-eating' bacterias that eat a person alive, literally. Our hosptials seem to be breeding grounds for infections like MRSA, which makes a hospital a dangerous place to be taken to. One only can hope one comes out alive, which is a sad state of affairs. "The nation's largest drug company makes its money off the harm that doctors do. Amgen sells only five drugs. Its annual sales in 2000 were 3.2 billion dollars. Four of its five drugs do not treat any natural illnesses. They treat the side effects of other allopathic treatments" *** The huge difference now, is the level of pollutants that are inflicted upon nearly everyone. When 1 in every 2 people get cancer, you know we have a problem. The fear of getting cancer and being subjected to the standard medical procedures and the horror of the sickness and the monetary loss as well as loss of family members is overwhelming in our cultures. Indeed, now, even the doctors who would like to give their patients alternative ways of dealing with their symptoms, have their hands tied by the AMA, the FDA and the Pharmaceuticals, as in everything else, the power has been taken away from us to be able to chose our lives freely and take our own responsibility. Never before has the populace been brainwashed, experimented on, controlled and financially ruined when trying to regain some semblance of health. The governments even deny us the right to take charge of our own children's lives by forcing vaccinations on them which can and do damage to millions. We still do not know the whole ramifications of what this has done to the future of the world. The children are 'our future' and if most of them are damaged in some way, then a viable future does not exist. One way to take back control of that aspect is to consider the UCC1 and a UCC3 for your children to take back that control. You will see how the establishment, which most of us trusted and thought were working for our best interests, instead has been corrupted, and is only working in the best interests for the greedy and powerful. There have been cancer cures and the doctors and clinics who have run them and helped millions, have been run out of the contry or put in jail, lost their liscenses or worse. Products that indeed help people have been taken away from us. The codex alimentarius is intended to control even more. There are other countries in which people cannot even get vitamin C without a prescription, and from a doctor who hasn't even studied nutrition properly. We ask and welcome articles from writers, medical professionals, or non-professionals, herbalists, anyone in the field of health and well being to be submitted for publication or to be linked too. We encourage everyone to take charge of their own health. We encourage everyone to research their symptoms, their options, and make decisions for themselves. There are many levels of heatlh, and we would encourage each person to know that being 'joyful' and feeling 'peace' in your own body, is your birthright. It is the body's job to heal. A healthy body has energy, has strength, has wonderful self-healing abilities. It is up to each one of us to make a decision of how much we really want to be healthy. It is a choice. It is work! When we wait until the very last moment of our life, being in complete misery, it is not always possible to reverse the damage done. And yet, that is what too many of us do don't we? We have to ask ourselves hard questions like:
It is truth time for us all isn't it? Not only on the political, environmental, financial, relationship arenas, but in the need for TLC for our bodies. This also may mean that YOU may have to stand up to the medical fields, to the government, to anyone who is taking away your rights to live in an healthy environment and make your own choices for lifestyles. It is time to take your responsibility and your power back so you can truly know and experience good health, happiness and healing, it is up to all of us!
