I think it's about time that "We, the People" faced a few realities. For
one thing, we'd better realize that in the eyes of the corporate-de
facto-alleged-government entity widely known as THE UNITED STATES, "We,
the People" are not really considered lawful persons. A more accurate word
to substitute for "persons" would be "personas". Why, you ask? Because,
to the UNITED STATES, you are not a person. You're a "fiction".
Hence, your name is spelled in block capitalization on every fictional
U.S. "government" document. Your name in all caps signifies the very same
thing as the words "UNITED STATES" spelled in all caps: in literature and
in legalese, it's the same thing - and it's not real.
Secondly, the lame-duck Congress, also considered a legal fiction, does
not sit under any "lawful authority". It sits alright, but under what is
known as "war-powers rule". It acts upon executive orders and directives
of the "Big Kahuna" aka the "President," who acts upon the directives
given to him by the organized crime syndicate that owns our country.
Congress might as well be a ghost, because it ceased to be a
constitutionally lawful entity a full ten years prior to the passage of
the Act of 1871, when selected representatives of 7 southern secessionist
states effectively "left the building" at a congressional assembly in
March of 1861. Since Lincoln's presidential term in office, the actions of
Congress are directed exclusively by whatever presidential implementer
happens to be sitting in the White House at the time (today, it's G.W.
Bush - in another year, we could be forced to look at Hillary Clinton).
Thirdly, not only is our "government" bankrupt, but it has BEEN
bankrupt since 1933. The lame-duck fictional Congress even
validated this bankruptcy, making it official on June 5th, 1933. (See H.J.
Res. 192, 73rd Congress, 1st Session, Public Law 73-10). Two months prior
to that "congressional validation," the American people kissed their gold
goodbye, essentially kissing the law of the land goodbye in the process.
Seventeen years later, in 1950, the UNITED STATES declared its second
bankruptcy.
Furthermore, the country "We, the Personas" know as "America" possesses
only ONE thing of value. Guess what that one thing is. It's people. That
would be you, me, and approximately 280 million other homo sapiens
equipped with pulses, beating hearts, and actual and/or potential lifetime
earnings. We are the living collateral being "put up" to assure
repayment of the congressional debt, or at least some of the interest on
that debt. I would say that it is indeed FICTION to believe that
either the interest OR the principal balance purported to be "due" the
international banker-whores can or will ever be paid in full. The American
homo sapiens can work themselves to death and we won't make a dent in it.
But that's okay with the banker-whores and the fictional U.S. government.
Our kids and their kids are anticipated to also have "lifetime earning
potentials," too. And so it will go on down the generational lines,
provided "We, the Personas" and our successor personas survive that long.
The American citizenry are deemed "enemies" of the corporate U.S.
government. Please extend your belated thanks to Franklin Delano
Roosevelt and his "national banking emergency" of 1933 for that little
gift. Roosevelt is the one who expanded and cemented the power of the
corporate fiction known as "our government". He's also the one who
declared the American people to be "enemies" of the UNITED STATES. Think
about that for a minute. While you're at it, keep in mind that the words
"emergency powers" translate into the words "martial law," and "martial
law" translates into "no law". Do you get it? Constitutional law
no longer exists in America.
Since we're involved with fiction here, we might as well call attention to
the fact that our purported judiciary system also operates under the "F"
word - "F" meaning FICTION. The courts of old - lawful, constitutional
ones - no longer exist in this UNITED STATES. There is nothing "lawful"
about our alleged court system. Our "courts" are military
tribunals that sit in judgment of American civilians.
Which brings me to the next item of interest - the American people
are being ruled RIGHT NOW under martial law. Take a look at "Old
Glory" for a moment. It is not the same flag that was flown in America
prior to 1861. The UNITED STATES flags being displayed in American
schools, courthouses, banks and a multitude of other civilian
establishments today commonly bear gold fringed borders on three sides,
and sometimes other golden adornments. The gold or yellow color isn't
there to make the flag "prettier" or to dress it up. This version of "Old
Glory" with its added fourth color is a MILITARY flag. Army regulations
even stipulate that "the Gold Fringed Flag is not to be carried by anyone
except units of the United States Army, and the United States Army
Division associations." Okay, so "We, the Personas" have been
pledging allegiance to the military flag of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION.
Our children do the same in schools around the country five days a week.
Do you think there is genuine justification for MILITARY flags to be
flying at civilian establishments? If you do, please illuminate me on
this.
Moreover, the Presidential Implementer does not need to get a rubber stamp
from Congress if he wants a war. All he has to do is scribble out an
Executive Order and it's a done deal. Congress has no power of its own.
Congress does what it's told, as in "Sit, Ubu, sit."
I want to make one thing very clear. It is true that "We, the Personas"
can resist, rebel, defy, and refuse to be compelled by the legal fiction
known as THE UNITED STATES which calls itself our government. We
can dissent to our hearts' content if we choose. However, it's extremely
unlikely that we will be able to promote genuine change within our nation
until we decide we are not going to be "personas" any longer.
Until such time that we collectively stand up and REFUSE to acknowledge
the alterations of our birth names (the block capitalization) and all the
trappings of U.S. Inc., including its plethora of dubious "privileges," we
cannot say we're really free men and women. Until the decision is made to
shed these "legal" (what a crock) de facto personas once and for all, we
will continue to be enslaved - whether we choose to believe this or not.
If we allow the corporation to continue on its current course,
aren't we essentially "trading with the enemy"? While the status quo
remains in place, and as long as we persist in going along with all of
this FICTION, America is not a Constitutional Republic. If we want lawful
government, we MUST DEMAND ONE or give up the ghost. And that's the bottom
line.
