HOW TO AVOID
THE DRAFT OR NATIONAL SERVITUDE
Tricking you is another
way the Government avoids that pesky 13th Amendment "No slavery nor
involuntary servitude, constitutional problem."
NO DRAFT-DODGING! JUST REFUSE TO VOLUNTEER? HERE'S HOW:
I hope that you will not be offended if I tell you how the draft
works. I realize that most people THINK they know how it works, but
in most cases they are in error! AND, you can avoid thinking that
your options are college or flight to Canada. College and Canada will
not be options. In December 2001, Canada and the U.S. signed a
"smart border declaration," which could be used to keep would-be
draft dodgers from leaving the US.
This will also have advantages
for learning how to deal with the illegal IRS tyranny. It's really
quite simple but government tyranny depends upon each American
trusting their government to be straightforward and honest. If you
believe that we actually have government of the people, by the
people and for the people, you have been mislead by well-meaning
adults who were similarly tricked.

understanding the UCC, the Uniform Commercial Code. This is the
foundation of your freedom. He might seem at first to be talking
about money, but that is the system by which we are ruled, a
commercial system. It's all commerce because the system is founded
on "admiralty law," or "mercantile law." If someone breaks a "law"
they are "charged." You are going to learn how this works and how
you can "discharge."
It should be a very eye-opening, life-changing experience for you.
I recommend that you start with
Tax Freedom
with
an experienced service professional. The principles are the same
rules of commerce and
you can practice some of what you learn in a safer way than taking
on a draft board. You can also practice on
Student Loan
elimination and
Eliminate Credit Card Debt.
If you are a parent of a
pre-draft child, you can take care of yourself first and then you
are more capable of taking care of your sons and daughters. After
protecting yourself (your are a ward of the State until you file the
proper forms) you can protect your teen age son or daughter by
filing the proper forms for them.
Whether you abhor war or simply don't wish to be forced to be a war
criminal obeying illegal orders is up to your conscience. Being
willing (and eager) to fight for one's country when it is truly in
danger is one thing. Having the courage to refuse to fight in
immoral and/or unconstitutional "wars" is quite another matter, No
need to "dodge" the issue if they're not allowed to hit you with it,
if you merely 'take your stand' and refuse to VOLUNTEER!
"How could that be? Refuse to
volunteer? It's a DRAFT!"
Well, the 13th Amendment to the
Constitution prohibits involuntary servitude. That's what the draft
IS. But look at the official papers you receive from the government
about ANYTHING...your name is always in ALL CAPS. Is that YOUR name?
Well, not the way you write it probably. The ALL CAPS version of
your name is their way of tricking you. They have established a
corporate trust which can function as a legal "person" but that
person is not alive anymore than General Motors Inc. is alive. It is
a legal fiction treated as a person. Without real people to do its
work, General Motors Inc. can produce nothing. The ALL CAPS person they
have created cannot work or earn an income to pay the taxes so you,
thinking they are talking to YOU, volunteer fiduciary agency for the
ALL CAPS fiction. The PAPER PERSON cannot fight in a war, but it can
be drafted, the papers sent to your address, and they get you to
volunteer to serve in the stead of the PAPER PERSON.
Suppose you were to receive a "draft notice" or a demand that you
register for the draft. You only receive it because the PAPER PERSON
resides wherever you the real human being have an address. It
doesn't need a guest bedroom, though...it's a fiction. You
would be told to report on a certain date to a certain place where
you receive your physical and mental tests...then you're classified
with a number indicating whether your are A1(first called)...all the
way down to 4F(unfit for duty).
Then you would be told that you're to report for "induction" into
the military and to appear at a certain address for that purpose on
a date specified.
By "law" you must appear there...or a warrant for your arrest will
be issued. Well, it's not really a law, its just a statute,
which is a statement of corporate policy.
Assuming you report as directed you will have another brief physical
and tests and then you're told to "line up on the yellow line
(painted on the floor) A recruiting officer will then tell all those
"joining the army (or whatever) to take one step forward"...THOSE WHO
DID THIS JUST "VOLUNTEERED! This is done so that no one can
"legally" claim they were "forced into involuntary servitude!"
"RAISE YOUR RIGHT HAND AND SWEAR ALLEGIANCE." (almost everyone
does!...thinking it must be REQUIRED!): "I, (name) do solemnly swear
that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of
the United States of America and will defend it against all enemies
foreign and domestic, and will obey the orders of the President and
the officers appointed over me, so help me God." You just
volunteered.
Those who "voluntarily" stepped forward cannot now claim they were
unconstitutionally forced into involuntary servitude....they stepped
forward voluntarily and took the Oath... voluntarily!
What would likely happen if you DID NOT STEP FORWARD and DID NOT
TAKE THE OATH OF ALLEGIANCE. The recruiter will probably say
something like: "What's the matter with you, don't you know what'
step forward' means?" You would respond, "Sure I do, but I AM NOT
VOLUNTEERING TO SERVE IN THE MILITARY...If you want me you must
'take me' against my will by force!"
All of those who "volunteered" will now be excused from the
room...and you will be cajoled with persuasive arguments...at
first...then, when nothing works to change your mind you might be
called names and insulted, possibly even assaulted by one or more
military people present there as witnesses.
If you are not intimidated, stand
your ground, eventually the tormentors will give up and have you
arrested on some charge. However, there is NO lawful way that they
can MAKE you go into the military...because of the Constitutional
prohibition against "involuntary servitude"...which is why NO ONE IS
TRULY EVER "DRAFTED" AND MUST BE "SEDUCED" INTO VOLUNTEERING!
A better way to handle the situation:
Respond as the cops are coached to
reply when on the witness stand: "Am I ordered?"
If the recruiter says "No", then obviously you're OK. If the
recruiter says "Yes," then you inquire, "By what authority do you, a
military officer, order me, a civilian?" If the recruiter says
anything else, repeat the question until you get "Yes" or "No."
If the recruiter says "I order you by the authority of the United
States Government" then you ask, "Which clause of the Constitution
gives you, a military officer, authority to order me, a civilian?"
Another thing to ask is: "Am I free to go?" If the recruiter says
"Yes," then obviously leave. If the recruiter says "No", then you
say, "Am I under arrest?" "Am I your prisoner?" "Am I kidnapped?"
"If I'm not free, then what am I?" and again, keep repeating the
question.
Another thing to say is: "I want an attorney."
Another response is, of course, nothing at all. It might be more
effective to choose to ask "Am I free to go?" because if you get to
a "Yes," then you can leave and he would look bad ordering an
arrest. If you ask the question three times and don't get a yes or
no, then say, "Well I must be free to go, because I asked you three
times and you won't tell me I'm not." Then slowly turn around and
leave. If he keeps trying to interact just keep repeating the
question.
Here's an example how this has worked in the past:
The Army induction officer instructed the draftees to "take one step
forward" as their names were called, and said that step would
signify their induction into the Army. When reluctant Willie's name
was called, he answered "present," but did not step forward. After
the ceremony, he went home instead of to camp.
When the MP's came for him, he went to court for a writ of habeas
corpus to retain his freedom.
"The officer himself," Willie argued, "said the step forward is what
would make me a soldier. As I didn't take the step, I'm still a
civilian and the Army has no claim on me."
Counsel for the Army replied,
"The Army isn't being run by childish games. Willie and a hundred
others appeared to be inducted, and he was inducted before the whole
group as any fool there could plainly see."
Willie retained his civilian status. The court ruled that the draft
law required some definite ceremony to transform a civilian into a
soldier. As the Army decided to have one step forward constitute the
ceremony, and Willie didn't take the step, he wasn't a soldier. --
