A father’s bike ride could have him fighting to keep his children.
In early September, Sean Harrington was pulling his twin boys on a trailer attached to his bike for a day of fun in downtown Detroit along the river walk.
He was returning home and riding down the sidewalk on Park Street when he pulled onto the street to avoid hitting baseball fans who were blocking his path.
He admits he was going the wrong way down a one way street, but he was about fifty feet from his home.
“It’s a bicycle and it was four car-lengths that I was on the wrong way street,” said Harrington.
Police still stopped him and issued him a ticket.
“I can’t wrap my brain around what the police department thinks at any given time when the most dangerous criminal in the city of Detroit is myself,” said Harrington.
Several days later, he received a letter in the mail, asking him to appear in court in November, facing the possibility of being charged with child endangerment.

This is going to have to be anonymous because I learned I could actually get into serious trouble with social services for this??!! My 4-year-old goes to pre-k. My 9-month-old had an ear infection and an upper respiratory infection. It was a 20 degree windy day, and it is a 100 foot walk from the car to the building, so I decided to leave the baby in the heated car while I took her sister in, so she wouldn’t be exposed to the wind.
I was in the building out of view of the 9-month-old for approximately 30 seconds — at worst it could have been 45. The car was locked, the car alarm set. I return and the 9-month-old is sleeping peacefully exactly where I left her. I move on with my day and forget about it.
The following week I pull into the pre- k and a cop blocks my car into the parking space and proceeds to interrogate me about my “dangerous habit” of leaving my child in the car. He threatened me with “consequences” if it continued. This, in front of an entire parking lot full of curious, staring parents and children, the former probably wondering if I was dealing meth or crack to their 4-year-olds…

I hope that you won't be offended if I tell you how life in America really works. I realize that you're probably like most adults who THINK they know how it works. After all, you learned about civics and history in school and perhaps in college or at university. and your parents and their family taught you a lot about how life works...but in most cases you, and they, are in error! Perhaps you have wondered more than once how government at any level can get by with its actions or the actions of their workers (YOUR employees!). You can stop thinking that you have rights unless you take the proper actions. Yes, we have a constitution and the first 10 amendments to the Constitution for the united States of America do limit the role of government. That was supposed to be the original idea. But things happened between then and now.
Here is an email sent by someone who has seen the reality of this problem:

I am a research assistant for a dear friend whose grandchildren were seized by force out of her home in the middle of the night by seriously corrupt officials with no justifiable cause, no court order. It's really quite simple but government tyranny depends upon each American trusting their government to be straightforward and honest. If you believe that we actually have government of the people, by the people and for the people, you have been mislead by well-meaning adults who were similarly tricked.
It's a long story over a period of nearly 200 years, but to simplify it, I'll keep this to just four significant events:
First, in 1861, the congressmen from the South walked out while they were in session and the congressmen from the North adjourned without provision to meet again. President Lincoln had to rule by executive order from then on even though some semblance of a Congress did meet but more as an ad hoc assembly. This Humpty Dumpty was never put back together again, even after the Civil War was ended and Lincoln was assassinated.
Second, in 1868, the US Government forced the southern states to agree to ratify the 14th Amendment before Federal troops would be withdrawn from their occupation of the conquered states. Although the 14th Amendment purports to establish a Federal protection over the people, it also stole citizens from the States. They offered protection for all Americans as "US citizens." The united States of America didn't have citizens until then. Americans had been citizens of their respective States. They declared that the 10-mile square Federal District of Columbia and all other Federal territories, such as forts, magazines, ports, etc., was the "United States."
Third, in 1871 the United States became a CORPORATION! All levels of government became sub-corporations in a hierarchy with the Federal corporation at the head. All US citizens were under the wing of this corporation unless they declared otherwise. This incorporation under the District of Columbia Organizational Act is the third significant.
Being a citizen seems as though it should be something of which to be proud. But it also comes at a price. In accepting protection UNDER the wing of this incorporated organization, each American became a WARD of the State, BY DEFINITION! No longer Sovereign citizens, the creators of the State, they had come to accept protection of an entity greater than themselves. Just as a King protects his vassals, the State protects its citizens...and expects fealty and loyalty to the Protector. The Lord of the Manor becomes the Sovereign. In less than one hundred years, the people of the united States of America had unwittingly given up all that their forebears had won.
But while the nature of the government had changed, the form remained as a façade. The Constitution was copyrighted and utilized as part of the Corporate Charter, acknowledged, but nevertheless useful only when it was necessary or convenient. Gradually, the new US Corporation moved away from guidelines and limits to power designed by the Founding Fathers to ensure liberty.
Following the signing of the Constitution a group of Americans asked Benjamin Franklin what had been created from the Constitutional Convention. Franklin has been reported to have answered, "A Republic, if you can keep it."
Fourth, in 1935 all US citizens were taken as slaves to satisfy the creditors to the National Debt. Of course, that would be a clear violation of the US Constitution, so they secretly incorporated each individual using their birth certificate as proof of original manufacture. The form of this incorporation is a trust which was created as a corporate "person" that always has the same name as you but not in the usual uppercase and lowercase letters. The fictitious person's name is always spelled all in uppercase letters. If you look at your driver's license, Social Security card, bank statement, checks, tax statement...all government communications with YOU, it always printed in ALL CAPS. Your name is always in ALL CAPS. Is that YOUR name? Well, not the way you write it probably. The ALL CAPS version of your name is their way of tricking you. They have established a corporate trust which can function as a legal "person" but that person is not alive anymore than General Motors Inc. is alive. It is a legal fiction treated as a person. Without real people to do its work, General Motors Inc. can produce nothing. The ALL CAPS person they have created cannot work or earn an income to pay the taxes so you, thinking they are talking to YOU, volunteer fiduciary agency for the ALL CAPS fiction. The PAPER PERSON cannot fight in a war, but it can be drafted, the papers sent to your address, and they get you to volunteer to serve in the stead of the PAPER PERSON.
Even though you are "grown up," hold a steady job or a responsible position, "own" property", drive a car, have a bank account, you would reasonably expect that you are an independent, mature adult. Yet, the government treats you as though you were a child sometimes, forcing you to put on your galoshes when you go out in the rain. Well, metaphorically. But also realistically. You must wear a seat belt. You must wear a helmet when on a motorbike or motorcycle. You must stop at the stop sign even though your vision is unrestricted for miles down the road in either direction. You must travel at a posted speed even though you can see no possibility of danger for miles ahead. These are public policy statutes, but they are NOT laws. They have the "color of law." They regulate your behavior as though you were a child and cannot look out for yourself and others.
That's your status. You ARE a child in the eyes of the law, or at least a WARD of the State. You are under the protection of the State whether you like it or not. And when you do something the State or its bureaucrats don't like...they can punish you as though you were a little child. You have agreed to this status by your many acts of acceptance AND neglecting to take back your power by so declaring. When you became an adult, you were supposed to file a claim against that fictitious entity to take control of its affairs and stop volunteering to take care of its bills and its penalties. You were supposed to declare that IT, the fictitious entity, was yours, and now you would take control. Whatever anyone claimed was owed them by that entity would have to take backseat to your prior claim. You were NOW of the age of responsibility and you would take back the trust that is YOURS.
Only then can you begin to be treated as a grown-up before the courts and the bureaucrats.
You may be familiar with the Daniel Hauser story and how the courts demand this young man take chemo treatments even though he has refused them and doesn't want them; nor does his mother. There was a warrant out to arrest the mother when she took flight with him to avoid this. He is back now and undergoing what is tantamont to torture at the insistance of 'the state'. One way you can greatly assist yourself to fight a challenge like this for your children is to have on file a UCC1 for yourself and a UCC3 for your children after accepting your children's birth certificates for value, making you the holder-in-due-course of them (rather than, normally, the State).
Why were you never taught all this valuable information? Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts, absolutely. The State and those who have learned to turn the levers of State power to their advantage do not wish for you to know this. They fund the colleges, universities, and even the divinity schools. Teachers aren't taught it so they couldn't even imagine that they might teach it. Parents can't tell their children about it because they had never been taught this vital lesson in civics. Instead, they were taught the form and the façade.
Garet Garrett in one of his essays from 1938 wrote insightfully in this regard:
There are those who still think that they are holding the pass against a revolution that may be coming up the road. But they are gazing in the wrong direction. The revolution is behind them. It went by in the Night of Depression singing songs to freedom.
There are those who have never ceased to say very earnestly, "Something is going to happen to the American form of government if we don't watch out" These were the innocent disarmers. Their trust was in words. They had forgotten their Aristotle. More than 2,000 years ago he wrote of what can happen within the form, when "one thing takes the place of another so that ancient laws will remain, while the power will be in the hands of those who have brought about the revolution in the state.
One of the best ways that you can protect your children from the power of the State is to learn how to use the Uniform Commercial Code. It is all by contract in commerce.
You will probably need someone to guide your curriculum and advise you, tutor you, so that you can stand free of all encumbrances that limit your freedom...and the freedom of your children. It's a small price to pay for something so precious, and someone so precious.
