Apparently growing out of earlier government mind control research
programs such as MKULTRA, and government suppression-of-dissent
programs such as COINTELPRO, today's "mind control" is covert, finely
crafted, around the clock harassment perpetrated against citizens

This harassment is greatly enhanced by very advanced electronics which
can produce a wide variety of painful and debilitating symptoms
silently, from a distance, leaving no trace evidence.
Along with electronically applied pain, sleep deprivation, dissolution
of memory, and other mind/body effects, there is frequent entry into
the home, car, and workplace of the chosen victim.
Sabotage of property, thefts, and dirtying of premises are common.
Electrical appliances can be made to malfunction, or fail FAR sooner
than their normal life. Unusual noise from neighbours is common.
Destruction of family and other relationships by way of lies, bribes,
and threats is a goal of the non-electronic phase of today's "mind
control".
One mind control victim is also an adept remote viewer. She was able
to view each of her local harassers, and describe to them in formal
letters to the harassers what they were doing to disrupt her life. In
these formal letters, she outlined the penalties for the crimes which
were being committed by her local harassers. This actually stopped
most of the harassment. One insight she was able to give us was that
there are church members who actually feel they are "angels left
behind so we can straighten people out so they can come to the Lord."
Of course, these zealously religious 'angels' are not only acting
based on lies, they are themselves committing serious crimes. Other
public service groups and agencies were part of the remotely viewed
local harassment team. When serious lies are used to cause carefully
scripted harassment, and electronics are used to destroy the target's
faculties, the target's life is virtually worthless.
In almost all cases, once the harassment starts, it continues for
life. Destruction of the chosen victim's ability to earn a living is a
long term component of this type of mind control.
Sabotage of work and any company property in the victim's custody are
used. As with friends and family, lies are used to secure the
cooperation of the victim's co-workers. Memories necessary for the
victim to carry out assigned work are electronically suppressed.
Fatigue and symptoms of illness are used often to reduce the
effectiveness of the victim as an employee.
I can tell you from the experiences of many victims, that 'mind
control', as being covertly practiced today, is real. And, if a survey
of 12,000 North Americans in April, 2002 is any indication, mind
control operations may be affecting as many as one percent, or three
million, of those of us living in North America today.

- Wildly racing heart without any cause -
- Sudden overheating, without any cause -
- Frequent flailing of arms and legs as you try to sleep -
- Fake sounds such as alarm clock going off when it shouldn't,
telephone ringing when there is no incoming call, knocking on the
door but no one is there -
- Voices, either very insulting, or telling you things that
indicate you are under surveillance -
- Vibration of body parts when trying to sleep -
- High pitched tone in ears, which may change when switching
electronic equipment on or off
- In some cases, statements by strangers indicating they know
what you had for supper
- In some cases, statements by strangers indicating they can
read your thoughts -
- Artificial and powerful sexual stimulation -
- Artificial and powerful PREVENTION of sexual stimulation

The average citizen simply cannot believe that their mind and body can
be both monitored and attacked in the ways which current day mind
control victims report. The reason for that is that secrecy in Western
governments is at an all time high. More than simply being classified
as secret, the existence of today's advanced mind/body weapon
technology is a subject of considerable ridicule by government
officials, mainstream scientists (who depend on government grants for
their jobs), and the mainstream media.
By constantly denying the existence of such technology, research into
total control of the human mind and body has been able to race ahead
under almost total cover. Fortunately, a few cracks in the secrecy
dike have allowed those interested to learn about some of the advanced
science that is unknown to Joe and Jane Citizen.
Let me list for you some of the achievements Joe and Jane Citizen are
unaware of:
- The ability to transmit sound directly into the human hearing sense
using modified radar signals. This was announced in 1974 as the work
of Dr. Joseph Sharp of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research.
When the sound is in the form of subliminal hypnotic commands, a
target can be hypnotically programmed for years without knowing.
- The ability of human "remote viewers" to achieve a 65% OR GREATER
success rate in viewing remote scenes AND PEOPLE, including PAST AND
FUTURE scenes
- The ability of human psychics to HYPNOTIZE people at a distance,
which can render the target ill and make the target unable to work,
and in some extreme cases, interfere with the target's heartbeat
- The ability of human psychics to KNOCK UNCONSCIOUS people at a
distance
- The transfer of human psychic ability to NON-LIVING DEVICES,
discovered by a Czech engineer and developed as psychic or "psi"
weapons by the Soviets during the Cold War.
Notice that NONE of the above capabilities require implants.
Add to those covered up achievements the recently revealed
technologies such as through the wall radar, airport criminal intent
detectors, and electronic sight for the blind. Anyone who can accept
that secret military technologies are at least a decade ahead of what
is known by the public, will begin to realize that what at first
glance seems impossible, is not so far fetched when the discoveries
above are taken into account.

The EXTERNAL mind control symptoms go hand in hand with the mind/body
symptoms to "totally destroy" the targeted person's ability to earn a

being alive. These external symptoms are designed to look like life's
normal bad breaks and the perpetrators succeed extremely well in this.
They have clearly been designed by the best psychologists on the
planet.
The external symptoms of current day mind control include:
- Noisy telephones and many wrong number calls -
- Frequent movement of household and workplace items so that
the target knows this has been done by an intruder but cannot prove
it. Skewing of furniture and bedding is common.
- Sabotage of possessions at home, in the car, and at work, so
they become useless far sooner than their normal life. Some
appliances will remain non-functional for some weeks or months, then
suddenly "fix themselves" -
- Ongoing theft of small dollar value possessions, sometimes
with the item being returned to where it was stolen from -
- Theft of personal papers and records, particularly those
which the target doesn't access often -
- Sabotage of tools and work in progress at the workplace -
- Computers at home and the workplace are chronically erratic
and don't work as designed -
- Emails and postal mail blocked or delayed -
- Tradesmen frequently arrive late, have to be pushed to
accomplish their work, make far more noise than necessary, make a
terrible mess, break something else, botch their job, and overcharge

- The targeted person finds stores always crowded -
- The targeted person often finds their car blocked by other
vehicles -
- The targeted person often finds the product they like out of
stock -
- Instances of being blocked while walking or driving are far,
FAR above what statistics would allow -
- Neighbors turn inexplicably noisy or unfriendly at
inconvenient times, such as a meal or bed time, and especially when
trying to nap

"What is 'MKULTRA'?"written

Before the current day harassment of citizens in their homes and
communities using advanced electronics began, secret programs of
torture were carried out by the U.S. Government for purposes of mind
control. These programs are often conversationally referred to as "MKULTRA",but
also included others such as MKNaomi, MKSearch, MKDelta, Matrix and
more, and were carried out throughout the Cold War.
In spite of the publicly disclosed MK-type sub-projects involving the
use of LSD, the public today is unaware of just how atrocious were the
crimes carried out in the MKULTRA-era, in the name of "national
security". The LSD phase was only a MINOR part of the full range of
programs.
The purpose of the MKULTRA-era projects was to create a means of total
control over the test subjects and ideally cause them to have no
memory of an assignment once the assignment was carried out.
Furthermore, the test subjects were to not even consciously know about
the assignment until a 'trigger' or password was given to them.
The mechanism for accomplishing this was to create "Multiple
Personality Disorder" in the test subject. Multiple Personality
Disorder can be, and was, created through a combination of hypnosis
and torture.
Adult torture subjects were obtained by deceiving them. CHILD torture
subjects were obtained by permission of parents and guardians who had
connections with intelligence agencies, and/or, had serious lack of
morals, for example, some were pedophiles. Child torture subjects were
often chosen between ages 4 and 12, and those who were successfully
programmed continued serving as "Manchurian Candidates" into
adulthood.
Torture methods included military prison camp treatment, being kept
naked in cages, given minimal food or water, being kept awake around
the clock, being sealed in dark "flotation tanks" in padded suits for
total sensory deprivation. Application of electric shock, including to
the genitals was a common torture tactic. Some MKULTRA survivors
report ritual abuse including having to watch babies killed. This made
it possible to hypnotically create and program different personalities
for different assignments.
As of the date of this report, only eight adult victims, mental
patients at the Allen Psychiatric Institute in Montreal, have had
their torture recognized and compensated. These eight were fortunate
in that one of them, Velma van Orlikow, was married to a Member of
Canadian Parliament.
Most often, the MKULTRA-era victims were chosen from among people of
modest means, as they would be less likely to effectively fight back
after their torture. The eight from Montreal were kept drugged, half
asleep, half awake for weeks, and were forced in their disabled state
to listen to hypnotic tapes designed by Dr. Ewen Cameron for the
express purpose of destroying all of their memories. This did work to
some extent, and Dr. Cameron was to be brought up on charges, but died
before proceedings could begin.
It is very important that the public never forget the MKULTRA-era
atrocities, because they show beyond doubt that even the United States
and Canadian governments, seemingly benign and democratic on the
surface, are just as capable of brutal crimes as any of the world's
dictatorships. AND, entirely capable of carrying out TODAY'S mind
control attacks on innocent citizens in their homes and communities!

"What is 'COINTELPRO'?"

Before the current day harassment of citizens in their homes and
communities using advanced electronics began, a series of secret
'counterintelligence endeavors' were carried out by the United States
Government (the FBI specifically). The stated purpose was 'exposing,
disrupting, misdirecting, discrediting, or otherwise neutralizing the
activities of' a number of groups opposed to the policies of the U.S.
Government. These endeavors, bearing the official name COINTELPRO from
the mid-1950s, were more than simple investigations.
The targets of these endeavors included churches and groups protesting
foreign policy, the civil rights movement of the 1960s, and the anti
Viet Nam war protests.
These 'counterintelligence programs', or COINTELPROs, involved four
main methods, according to Brian Glick, investigative author of the
well documented book "War at Home", copyright 1989:
1. Infiltration, with the purpose of discrediting protest movement
leaders in the eyes of their members, and to scare off potential
members.
2. Psychological warfare, including false media stories about the
movements, set up pseudo-groups under the same cause, and strong-armed
parents, employers, landlords, school officials and others to cause
trouble for activists.
3. Harassment through the legal system to make the activists appear to
be criminals, perjury by law enforcement, fabricated evidence, false
arrests, and wrongful imprisonment. Tax laws were discriminatorily
enforced, conspicuous surveillance and visible "investigative"
interviews with activists, and grand jury subpoenas.
4. Extralegal force and violence threatened, instigated and themselves
conducted break-ins, vandalism, ASSAULTS AND BEATINGS against
activists. According to author Brian Glick, "these attacks - including
political ASSASSINATIONS - were so extensive, vicious, and calculated
that they can be termed a form of "official terrorism".
I ask the listener to compare these documented government tactics
against citizens pursuing LEGAL protest, with the break-ins, thefts,
sabotage, rumour campaigns and other harassment reported by today's
psycho-electronic mind control victims. Virtually all targets of
psycho-electronic mind control have experienced regular break-ins,
thefts and sabotage of possessions at home, in the car, and at work
for more than two decades.
Complaining to law enforcement is futile, as each incident is
carefully engineered so that the monetary value is small, or doubt can
be assessed by law enforcement as to whether the sabotage is just
"normal wear and tear".
But when the COINTELPRO style of targeting continues for the life of
the target, it is no small matter. The listener is asked to keep in
mind that the now-historical COINTELPRO experience, documented by the
mid-1970s U.S. Senate and House investigations into intelligence
activities, CLEARLY shows that the ongoing crimes committed against
citizens are not fanciful, or even unusual, against the backdrop of
government programs like COINTELPRO and MKULTRA.

When a current day psycho-electronic mind control victim uses the term
'street theater', they are talking about harassment 'skits' put on by
accomplices to the operators of the electronic mind/body weapons.
These skits are very carefully engineered so that to a casual
observer, the 'actors' are just going about perfectly normal business,
perhaps with a tiny bit of clumsiness or rudeness, but otherwise there
is no outward clue that a harassment skit is taking place.
These skits are designed so that if the target complains to anyone, it
is the TARGET and not the actor who looks foolish and paranoid.
Street theater is most likely to occur in public places where the
victim must go, or enjoys going. Grocery supermarkets are one of the
most frequent scenes for street theater. Busses score highly, as do
malls and mall parking lots. If a victim must go to a specific place
for important business, and this is known in advance, more often than
not some kind of time wasting tactic, or surprise (such as power out,
broken plumbing, staff off sick or called away from their wicket by
someone) will occur, or simply a long lineup will be there ahead of
the victim. Important telephone calls will fail to connect. ANY event
that makes life inconvenient for the victim can be made into a skit.
The key to understanding street theater, as opposed to life's normal
breaks, is FREQUENCY OF OCCURRENCE. What happens to the general public
now and then, say every few months, happens to mind control victims
every day. EVERY ... day. Although the skits do change, there are no
days without them for the mind control victim. The skits, observed
over time and a large number of victims, appear to be taken from a
"master menu" and locally custom tailored to the individual under
attack.
HOW is it possible for the mind control equipment holders to get so
much help from local people? The answer is by telling LIES, and MONEY.
We know some 'actors' are HIRED because some of us have seen actual
discussions between perpetrator bosses and employees. Others do it out
of a severely misplaced wish to "do good for the community" or "help
to do God's work."
If local citizen groups like Neighborhood Watch, Citizens on Patrol,
or church groups are told that the victim is (say) a pedophile or a
prostitute, it is not hard to get them to participate in street
theater skits. In fact, in one case, a victim discovered that her
harassers actually believed they are "angels left behind to straighten
people out so they can come to the Lord."
That is street theater, and when added to around the clock electronic
mind and body attacks, it completes the task of making the innocent
target feel as if their life is not worth living.

This harassment includes electronic mind/body attacks, street
harassment skits, destruction of family and other relationships and
destruction of careers.
In this Mind Control Minute I'm going to relate some of the torture
methods used on those chosen as targets for this covert, highly
illegal activity, which government refuses to acknowledge. The torture
methods include:
* Undoubtedly the worst torture method is to torture the victim's
children, as the victim, tortured him or herself, looks on, unable to
help, asking questions like "Mommy! Why are they torturing me?" or
"Mommy! When will they stop hurting me?"
* Government confiscation of children because the parent complains
about mind control effects
* Psychiatric imprisonment and forced drugging, when in fact,
psychiatrists have no expertise in classified government programs and
are likely committing malpractice when claiming such expertise
* Spreading rumours that the victim has a serious criminal record,
such as accusations of pedophilia
* Sleep deprivation through many different methods, including jolting
the victim awake every time he/she begins to fall asleep for weeks,
months, or even years
* Raw, pulsing PAIN so severe that victim becomes incontinent and
vomits
* Induced bleeding from orifices, some clots the size of oranges, yet
the doctor finds nothing to cause this
* Sensations of being whipped or burned, sometimes leaving physical

One especially invasive attack method in the arena of
'psycho-electronic' mind control is 'voice to skull'. Voice to skull
is the transmission of voice, or any other audible or subliminal
sound, directly into the hearing sense of the mind control victim.
This is sometimes done around the clock and can be one of the severest
forms of torture. Voice to skull technology is sometimes referred to
as "synthetic telepathy".
Current-day voice to skull cannot be stopped by any known
electromagnetic shielding, a fact which demonstrates how advanced
classified mind control technology has become.
The listener needs to know that at least one method of voice to skull
transmission, using microwave pulses much like radar, is not
particularly new. During World War II, technicians working in the path
of energized radar antennas discovered they could hear a buzz, seeming
to originate inside their skulls. This buzz was being caused by the
train of very short pulses of microwave signal, each pulse causing a
single click.
In the early 1970s, Dr. Joseph Sharp of the Walter Reed Army Institute
of Research used a computer to control a radar transmitter such that
for each time a human voice waveform changed from a peak to a valley,
the radar transmitter sent out a single pulse, causing a single click
to be heard by the test subject. Because these clicks were timed
according to the human voice waveform, the test subject heard a voice,
rather than a string of clicks. This has not been pursued, at least
publicly, due to concerns about the effect of microwave signals aimed
at a person's skull, but it does work.
In actual fact, a suitably modified amateur radio transmitter
operating in either the 420 to 450 megahertz band or the 1.3 gigahertz
band, with a highly directional antenna, is capable of transmitting
voice to skull signals at less cost than the price of an automobile.
In addition to simply driving a target crazy, voice to skull can cause
far more severe damage to a targeted person if instead of audible
voice, one of several types of SUBLIMINAL voice is transmitted
instead. When the subliminal voice is that of a hypnotist, and is
aimed at a targeted person's bed, voice to skull can be used over time
to undetectably program the person. Because the power level required
is fairly modest, being something like the output of the common heat
lamp, the person being programmed could have no idea this was
happening.
A person who is highly susceptible to hypnosis, and about one in five
are, could be put through living Hell simply by way of subliminal
voice to skull.
It is common for psycho-electronic mind control victims to report a
very frequent or constant "ringing in the ears", which is also a
symptom of the "Lowery" method of subliminal voice conversion.
Lowery's method is described in U.S. patent 5,159,703 and such a
converter can easily be built by someone with reasonable electronic
assembly abilities.

In Eleanor White's case, while living in Toronto in 1980, her
introduction to the life of a mind control victim was sudden. A couple
of months after writing a letter to the United States Navy advising
them of a change in citizenship, Eleanor began to notice changes in
many aspects of her life.
To this day, Eleanor believes that the work-a-day U.S. military is not
responsible. It is possible that secret society members, who are high
on the list of suspected mind control perpetrators, may have access to
military records. Her letter may have crossed the wrong desk at the
wrong time.
While out in the community, Eleanor began to notice strange men
following her and staring intently and threateningly. At the same
time, in her apartment, she discovered her clothing was being
systematically destroyed with emphasis on crotches and underarms.
Consumable supplies were being dumped in small but noticeable amounts
frequently. Telephone calls with no one answering began. Strange men
began to ring her doorbell at night, and Eleanor was pursuing no
romantic social life whatsoever. (She did not answer the door, and
these men were completely unknown to her.)
When trying to sleep, often the largest part of the night was
interrupted by "electronic caffeine", that is, a silent, stimulating
signal of some type. Eleanor experienced electric shocks all over her
body which turned to powerful itching, showed no rash, and required
scraping with a garlic grater to quench.
Neighbours in the apartment building began extreme noise campaigns,
playing radios very loud, shouting, stamping on the floor above. They
suddenly became extremely unfriendly. Eleanor's closest friend in the
building, with no warning or apparent cause, committed suicide.
At work, Eleanor's projects were regularly sabotaged overnight. Noise
campaigns and rudeness for no apparent reason were the rule. Even the
fluorescent tubes above Eleanor's [computer test lab] workspace were
routinely twisted so they would not light, or bad tubes substituted,
always overnight.
Massive fatigue attacks were used, requiring Eleanor to actually lie
down on a foam mattress during the work day at times.
These effects and more have continued for more than two decades, and
are typical of stories heard from many other mind control targets. In
May of 2000, the intensity of the mind/body attacks and sabotage

* You begin to notice a ringing in your ears.
* Household items are shifted out of place, or go missing and then are
found where you had looked.
* You suddenly have considerable trouble sleeping, and find that
itching, little "stings", "snapping" of household items or structure,
or movement of body parts keeps occurring JUST as you start to fall
asleep.
* Formerly friendly people shun you, and friendly new acquaintances
will try to avoid you on second or subsequent meetings.
* You find your memories and ideas suddenly cut off, with no medical
cause.
* You discover sabotage, often small value but specifically aimed at
you, at work.
* You find clothing and other possessions "get shabby" much more
quickly than they should. You may find crotches and underarms ripped
or punctured.
* You find that your hands or arms move unexpectedly, spoiling
delicate work or making messy spills.

Will a foil beanie help? The answer in one word is "NO!" The reason is
that evidently, progress in classified or 'secret' technology has
pulled far ahead of what is known to the average college physics
professor. There are two reasons to say this.
First, shielding experiments fail to stop the symptoms. One mind
control victim constructed a large four-layer cylinder completely
enclosing her bed. The four layers were, starting from the outside:
- Solid sheet steel, about the thickness of a car body - Aluminum foil
- Galvanized steel mesh
- 3M Velostat, a semiconductive foam which absorbs radio signals
Breathing air was forced through ducts filled with copper pot
scrubbers.
During construction, each stage produced a short, (that is, a couple
of hours to a couple of days,) harassment signal stoppage, but this
elaborate and expensive shield proved totally ineffective in stopping
the mind-body attacks. The experimenter concluded the short stoppages
were decoys, to encourage more wasted time and money.
The four-layer shielded cylinder WAS effective in blocking even strong
local radio and TV signals, and cell phone operation.
Secondly, some of the effects experienced by current-day
psycho-electronic mind control targets are simply too sophisticated to
be performed by any conventional signal type. Examples of these are:
* The apparent "injection" of conventional sound or radio signals so
they appear to emanate from any point in mid air. Often, this is used
to make appliances appear to "talk" or wall outlets appear to be
"sending radio frequency signals", or strong radio interference will
be found to emanate from a point in mid air.
* The "injection of air from nowhere" inside the upper lip when the
lips are firmly closed, and the tongue and cheeks are blocking air
from the lungs - this injection is used to keep the target awake as it
results in a loud noise like flatulence
* Can move objects, from tiny gas bubbles in the victim's respiratory
tract, through yanking legs out from under the victim, all the way up
to shoving a moving car sideways
* Can make objects disappear then reappear in another location, and
the reappearance location can be a moving vehicle
* Can strike HEAVY blows to any object, or set any object including
the body into STRONG vibration, while nearby objects are not vibrating
at all
* Can apply thousands of pounds tension to metal stock or welds in
excellent condition, causing breakage, yet NO TOOL MARKS are left on
the finish
Such effects are obviously advanced well beyond any signal type which
can be stopped by a foil beanie. And finally, if that's not enough, a
foil beanie leaves most of the body, and even much of the head,
completely unprotected.

In 1992, Julianne McKinney, former U.S. Army intelligence officer, and
Director of the Electronic Surveillance Project of the Association of
National Security Alumni, published a seminal report titled:
"Microwave Harassment and Mind-Control
Experimentation"
When this report was posted on the internet, people who had been
suffering under covert "mind control" attacks finally learned that
they were not living some kind of "cursed" life, but were being
deliberately (and extremely skillfully) harassed. Julianne "broke the
story", which, here in 2003, the media, the so-called "watchdog of

this context, other tactics are employed. Blaring horns, whistles,
sirens, garbage disposal (run concurrently in apartment settings, for
excessively prolonged periods of time), and amplified transmissions of
recorded "general racket" have been used on a recurrent basis under
circumstances intended to persuade the individual that he or she is
under surveillance."
Today's mind control targets feel extremely grateful for Julianne
McKinney's courage in making these government crimes public for the
first time. Knowing you are being targeted, and not just incredibly
unlucky, is the first step in the eventual exposure of these brutal,

In the mid-1990s, former truck driver Ed Light had been targeted with
brutal mind control attack signals and non-electronic harassment as
well. He chose to create the Mind Control Forum, a web site dedicated
to telling the story of then hundreds, now thousands and probably
hundreds of thousands, of innocent citizens chosen to be involuntary
test subjects.
Ed had plenty of motive to fight back this way. The covert, silent

Holographic projections of dirty brown smog attached to objects in the
local scene have been part of Ed's harassment menu. Holographic scenes
are reported by a number of mind control victims, including MKULTRA
survivors.
A low point in Ed's mind control experience was the electronic torture
and death of his dog, Angel. The mind control perpetrators have zero
conscience, and torture children and pets with impunity.

computer hardware and software experienced by all mind control victims

Patricia Mougey, in her early 70s, has been fighting mind control
attacks ever since the late 1950s, that is, for over forty years at
the time of writing this script. Pat's case is unusual in that her
MOTHER also experienced mind control attacks.
Pat lives in a bungalow in a residential neighborhood in Toledo, Ohio.
Because she spends her days at street level, and because neighboring
houses are close by, she has been able to observe perpetrator
activities to an extent many victims can't. Pat is also able to
"converse" with her harassers, by way of voice to skull technology to
hear them, and replying by way of saying things out loud.
Pat had some unusual experiences while sitting in a park and reading.
She found that people were gathering around her in a semicircle as she
read. One day she found out why, when a child asked: "Mommy, how can
that lady talk without moving her lips?" Apparently, people in the
park near Pat were able to hear her silently reading. (Other victims
report incidents where the perpetrators must have read the victim's
silently said-to-self thoughts in order to carry out their harassment
skits.)
One of Pat's most consistent and disabling attack methods has been to
literally, remotely "drop her in her tracks". That is, to hit her with
such fatigue and weakness that she is effectively crippled, and has to
lie down and "sleep" immediately. Accompanying these mind/body
attacks, Pat has experienced massive disabling attacks to her
household appliances and computer. Her perpetrators allow her only 100
pages [exactly] per expensive ink jet printer cartridge. They change
fonts during a print job, ruining her printed document, for example.
Pat has held many responsible jobs over her lifetime, clerical, radio
station program commercial scheduling and sales and career counselling
among them. She has pulled her weight in spite of being attacked
throughout much of her life.
As with most mind control targets, harassment by co-workers and
sabotage of her work, along with disabling mind/body attacks were
Pat's constant companions. She is now retired and largely house bound,
but in spite of her frequent attacks, she has managed, through
patience, careful record- keeping, and well thought-out
correspondence, to get her various levels of government officials to
at least acknowledge that "there may be something to this", meaning
mind control. Only rarely have other victims been able to accomplish
this feat of persuasion. She has likewise been able to convince some
of her DOCTORS that something unusual is happening in her life, and
that she is not delusional. (THAT is worthy of a MEDAL!)
Pat's forty-plus year fight with her perpetrators, against extremely

In 1987, Californian Cheryl Welsh inquired about joining the U.S.
military, but withdrew her application prior to being sworn in. By
1989 she noticed that her normal life was starting to change.
Strangers she met on the street were sometimes expressly rude or
insulting to her. This, in fact, has continued right up to the time of
writing this script.
Her life got even stranger. She began to notice that everywhere she
went, she was surrounded by red and white vehicles. So much so that
she videotaped her street environment, and asked a professor of
statistics to determine if this many red and white vehicles could be
seen by someone by pure chance. The answer came back No, that many red
and white vehicles were statistically impossible under normal
circumstances. (This type of strangeness stunt is common in the realm
of current-day mind control. It is plausibly deniable, and if the
target complains, the target risks being diagnosed as mentally ill.)
She experienced appliance breakdowns far too soon to be normal
appliance life, including two computer monitors which stopped
displaying any color but green.
Cheryl, then doing university work for two degrees, became aware of
the study of a (then) small group who were experiencing similar
bizarre and frequent events in their lives. This study was being
conducted by former U.S. Army intelligence officer Julianne McKinney.
This was when Cheryl became aware that what she was going through was
not "bad luck" but deliberate harassment by an organization (or
multiple organizations) with extreme power and influence. Julianne
McKinney, Cheryl Welsh, and other targets realize that this covert
program of harassment was the current day "descendant" of earlier
government mind control and harassment programs, such as MKULTRA and
COINTELPRO. Although those project names ceased, clearly the activity
had not ceased.
Cheryl Welsh began studying available documentation on mind control
programs, and looked for any mention of mind control and mind weapons
technology world wide. She began networking with other victims world
wide via the Internet.
In 1997, Cheryl founded C.A.H.R.A., or Citizens Against Human Rights
Abuse, a registered 501c3 charitable organization, with the mission of
educating the public about the reality of this carefully concealed
program of destroying the lives of innocent citizens. And attacking
such victims in a way that the victim cannot talk about the
destruction without being declared mentally ill. Cheryl works hard to
locate and rigorously document factual information, which cannot be
denied. She has appeared on both radio and TV talk shows.
Cheryl's work, which deals heavily with "non-lethal weapons", of which
mind weapons are part, earned her the title of "non lethal weapons
expert" in the 2002 United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research
media guide. This is a real tribute to the quality of Cheryl's work,
given that mind control is difficult to sell as a real issue, as a
result of the high degree of secrecy about mind control world wide.
As of 2003, Cheryl is alternating between working and studying law,
and is one of the most faithful soldiers in this hidden war to free
the world of the nightmarish terror some innocent people are living.

Electronic 'brain entrainment' is a very simple type of mind control,
and can be applied to large numbers of people simultaneously. It has
been used by Russian doctors in treating mental illness. It canNOT
apply the type of precision control of mind and body called
current-day psycho- electronic mind control, but is still a working
mind control technology.
Individual brain processes generate 'waves' of alternating voltage
which can be measured on the scalp by an electro-encephalograph. More
recently, sensitive devices are available which can measure the
magnetic fields resulting from the electric currents in the many
neurons which make up the brain. Researchers discovered decades ago
that these brain activity waves occur distinctly different frequencies
for different physical and emotional states. This matching of
mind/body states with distinct freqencies is the basis for
'biofeedback' technology.
Along with observing that brain 'waves' can INDICATE mind/body state,
researchers have also learned that when an external electromagnetic
signal is applied to the brain, mind/body states can be INDUCED. This
use of electromagnetic signals to induce a mind/body state on a target
is called brain entrainment.
An early brain entrainment device, used by Russian psychiatrists, is
the LIDA (LEE-dah) machine, which is a simple, 40 megahertz medical
band transmitter, generating a pulsing signal of 40 watts, adjustable
from zero to 100 pulses per second. Because this device was intended
as an electronic tranquilizer, it has blinking lights, pulsing tone,
and heat outputs as well. The LIDA machine has been credited with
putting an entire auditorium of Russian military personnel asleep. The
LIDA's effects are very localized. One U.S. prisoner of war during the
Korean conflict reports seeing a LIDA machine at the prison camp.
It has been alleged that the Russian "woodpecker" signal, pulsing at
ten pulses per second, originating in the Ukraine and aimed at the
West, is a type of long term entrainment signal, intended to degrade
the mental faculties of citizens of Western countries. The intent has
not been proven, but has been asserted by Western scientists such as
Dr. Robert O. Becker, author of the book "Body Electric".
It has also been alleged that the HAARP, or "High Altitude Active
Auroral Research Project", which can use the ionosphere as a giant
antenna for broadcasting signals, may be used to entrain various
mind/body states in large areas of the planet.
At the time of writing this script, absolute proof that these
entrainment technologies have been or are being deliberately used to
alter the mind/body states of the world population is not available.
However, entrainment can, if applied with appropriate power and
frequency, seriously degrade the ability of targeted people to
function, and by using the higher radio frequencies, can be focused
into a fairly narrow beam. Entrainment technology may have been the
cause of the illnesses of the U.S. Embassy staff in Moscow during the
1960s "microwave bombardment" scandal, or the symptoms reported by the
Greenham Common womens' anti-nuclear protests in Great Britain.
While entrainment weapons cannot perform every one of the many
surgically targeted effects reported by mind control victims,
entrainment does work, and certainly points up the need to take the
symptoms reported by mind control victims very seriously. Such
symptoms have been do-able using radio signals for decades.

The number of MD doctors who have the courage to speak out against
current day mind control can be counted on one hand and still have
fingers left over. One such doctor is former Chief Medical Officer for
Northern Finland, Dr. Rauni Kilde. As a result of her willingness to
put her career on the line to fight against this modern-day horror,
she has become a mind control target as well.
Now in her early 60s, a citizen of Finland now living in Norway, she
is retired after surviving a serious car accident in 1985.
Dr. Kilde has held the highest medical positions in Finland, for
example Acting director of Environmental health and health education
of Finland, and while in that capacity, replaced Finland's surgeon
general when he was away. Her longest service was 13 yrs as the Chief
Medical Officer of North Finland, known as Lapland, an area of 100,000
square kilometers, above the artic circle.
She holds 3 specialities: public health, health administration,
tropical medicine. She is also a retired president of the Nursing
college of Lapland.
Dr. Kilde is an international bestselling author in 6 languages, her 4
books having sold a quarter million copies.
She has been the Government of Finland's representative to the World
Health Organization in the area of tropical medicine. She worked as
chief medical advisor for the Internatioanl Red Cross in Malaysia and
Indonesia.
Dr. Kilde is listed in American Biographies WHO IS WHO IN THE WORLD,
WHO IS WHO IN MEDICINE AND HEALTHCARE, and WHO IS WHO IN SCIENCE AND
ENGINEERING.
She is a well known TV-radio-press personality in Scandinavia.
Dr. Kilde has appeared in a well-made TVdocumentary about mind control
from an English production company. After showing, this documentary,
like other attempts to tell the mind control story to the public, has
simply disappeared from the air waves.
She has travelled and lectured to many countries, trying to get the
story of this growing plague, which points toward a world dictatorship
in the making, heard by people everywhere.
Dr. Kilde attends international medical and scientific congresses
which deal with related topics, such as neuroscience, and attempts to
inform the attendees that extremely unethical and illegal use of
advanced bio-electromagnetic technology is being used to ruin the
lives of innocent people. She does this with some difficulty, as
organizers of these events try to schedule her at times of low
attendance or even prevent her from speaking altogether.
Dr. Kilde's personal life is made into a Hell of silent electronic
torture, and constant sabotage and theft of personal property. She has

The very first thing that a member of the public thinks of when you
say "electronic mind control" is IMPLANTS. Electronic implants have
indeed been used for mind control research for a long time. Dr. Jose
Delgado's brain-implanted "radio controlled bull" experiment showed
clearly that electronics can control the brain. More recently, the
implants used to enable paraplegics to transmit commands to assistive
devices by thought commands, or to display the visual environment
directly into the brain of a blind person, show that implants have
considerable mind control potential.
One mind control victim, Robert Naeslund from Sweden, had an actual
mind control implant removed, after an exhaustive search for a willing
medical facility. A hospital in Athens, Greece performed the removal.
But among today's mind control victims there is doubt that all, or
even most, actually have implants. Many victims have had no missing
time incidents, unexplained wounds, or in many cases any surgery at
all during the time they have been targeted. Even more startling is
the fact that experiments with top grade electromagnetic shielding
have shown that the mind/body attack signals penetrate the shielding
as if it were not there.
Obviously, for any group wishing to control a population, if it can be
done withOUT implants, that would be a distinct advantage. Since many
of today's mind control victims do not appear to have been implanted,
it seems that this distinct advantage exists.
Arguments have been made that today's implants are microscopic in
size, and therefore everyone could be carrying them without knowing
it.
The problem with that hypothesis is that tiny radio transceivers
necessarily produce minimal performance and range too, because for
radio signals to transmit efficiently, ANTENNAS are required. Even
more compelling is that mind/body attack signals PENETRATE good
electromagnetic shielding, something a microscopic transceiver would
not be able to do.
There is one signal type which is better known in Europe and Asia, and
is generally ridiculed by Western scientists. It is often referred to
as "psi", or, the signal type responsible for psychic abilities to
work. This signal type is well documented and explained in books such
as "Psychic Discoveries" by Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder, and
"Secret Life of Plants", by Peter Tompkins and Christopher Bird. In
some countries, this signal type is called "psychotronic".
Observed natural "psi" occurrences include ALL of the mind/body
effects mind control victims report, and some of the non-mind/body
effects as well. Natural ESP, for example, has been demonstrated in
Russian research as a powerful way to attack someone and even threaten
their life. A few current day mind control targets state they are
being targeted by someone with well developed ESP skills.
But whether "psi" class effects require implants, microscopic or
otherwise, is not yet known outside classified "black projects". What
can be said here in 2003 is that it is unlikely implants using
CONVENTIONAL signal types are in wide use for mind control, but at the
same time, if implants enhance the ability to transmit "psi" class
signals and can do this at microscopic size, today's mind control
operations may be using such implants right now.

One of the most popular misconceptions is that you have to "be
somebody important" to be targeted by covert harassment programs, by
government or big business. Among the roughly 2,000 mind control
targets known in
2003, only a small handfull have had connections with sensitive
military or intelligence operations. The presumption that one must be
"important" to be targeted by covert harassment programs causes
employees of helping agencies to deny mind control victims needed
support. The same presumption causes the public to deny mind control
targeting is a real problem.
Current-day mind control operations do indeed appear to be aimed at
controlling populations. Very likely so that those in power can commit
major crimes against populations, and neutralize and effective
resistance from those who object. The question is almost always asked,
"Why do you think YOU were chosen?", when it is obvious that the
victim is not wealthy, politically influential or an activist.
The public should realize that ANYONE has the potential to become
politically active if a major government crime becomes widely known.
Also, the public should become aware that today's mind control victims
report that perpetrator activity seems to be INCREASING. More people
are discovering they are being targeted every day. It is likely that
this activity is ultimately designed to control EVERY SINGLE person in
a given population. Today's mind control victims therefore plead with
you, the public, to not write them off as delusional simply because
they appear to be "unimportant". The MKULTRA mind control program
DELIBERATELY chose UNIMPORTANT people as test subjects so they could
not effectively fight back.
Having said all that, there are some common threads in the histories
of those who are chosen for lifetime harassment and torture. People
who anger a person or group with wealth and power are at risk. Hostile
divorces where, say, the husband is wealthy, have resulted in brutal
harassment of the ex-wife. Whistleblowers, naturally, are at risk,
whether government or corporate. High-stakes inheritance disputes
place the parties at risk. It does seem that in some cases, military
service increases the risk, though the ex-military member does not
have to do anything wrong to get "on the list." In the military case,
it may simply be that those who choose targets have access to military
personnel databases.
It almost seems as if "current day mind control" is now a CONTRACT
REVENGE SERVICE which can be ordered by anyone with enough money.
Interestingly, mental patients do NOT seem to be chosen frequently.
Among current-day mind control victims are a few mental patients.
(Also among today's victims are people who were wrongly diagnosed as
being mentally ill because they dared allege that they are being
covertly harassed.) It seems as if the main thrust of mind control is
to "take down" people who are mentally healthy and can earn a good
living. Perhaps the perpetrators regard the mentally ill as "already
taken down" and not in need of this 'service'.
Whatever causes victims to be chosen, it seems as if quite a few have
been to date. A survey of 12,000 people in April 2002 resulted in
about one percent stating they had clear sympmtoms of current-day mind
control. One percent of the North American population is 3 million
souls.
Three million people, apparently chosen to be tortured day and night
for life. Today's mind control targets ask you, the public, to learn
something about this modern-day horror, and consider helping us expose

In the spring of 2002, Dr. Eldon Byrd, a neuro-electromagnetic
researcher who had worked on early neuro-influence technology for the
United States Navy, provided us with an anonymous letter concerning
current-day mind control from a colleague he knew personally. This
colleague was a physician working at the U.S. National Institutes of
Health. Dr. Byrd also provided us with his own letter corroborating
the statements of his colleauge. Here are excerpts from the former
National Institutes of Health doctor:
"In the mid to late eighties, while I was a practicing physician, I
was working almost exclusively in the field of psycho-neuro-immuno-endocrinology,
especially as concerned the new malady, called Chronic Fatigue Immune
Dysfunction Syndrome. I had become good friends, Health and Wellness
Advisor, and personal physician to US Senator Claiborne Pell of Rhode
Island. I had also become very close friends with his Special
Legislative Assistant.
"It was in the 1987-88 timeframe that I was introduced to an
individual of authority in the US Government who talked about a
strange new phenomenon. This individual wanted me to meet a special
investigative reporter who had been devoting all his time to
investigating this new phenomenon. He thought that with my background
in the neural sciences and some of the esoteric things I had been
aware of in the realm of the physics of consciousness that I might be
of assistance both to victims of this phenomenon and to the
investigators of it.
"He told me that there was significant evidence that the phenomenon
was real and viewed by those involved in trying to understand it as
very dangerous. He warned me from the outset that many of the
scientists who had been close to understanding the technology behind
the phenomenon wound up dying from apparent heart attacks.
"He said that in the opinion of many who had seriously investigated
this phenomenon, that it appeared to be as dangerous a threat to
humanity as anything ever in history, because it was not yet traceable
to a specific source, and that it was so malevolent, that it had the
potential to lead humanity to its own destruction.
"I was also told that it was not uncommon for those investigating the
phenomenon to become victims of it themselves, and that he considered
that I should know the risks before volunteering to help. Because of
my relationship to the Senator and my commitment to assist in matters
affecting the health and welfare of the nation, I felt it was my duty
to participate to the best of my ability.
"I agreed to meet with the investigative reporter. He came to my
office and gave me the first briefing on the phenomenon. I wish to
preface my account with the fact that through the succeeding three or
four years, I became convinced of the reality of the phenomenon, and
in fact did come under attack, although in a manner not typical. What
he described was as follows.
"The majority of those who were victims of this 'technology' would
report that they had somehow received an implant of a speaker inside
their head. Almost incessantly they would hear noise, as in background
noise in a busy room with activity of people and machinery. They would
also hear voices addressing them specifically. Often they would be
harangued incessantly with exhortations to commit vile acts, such as
inappropriate sexual behaviors from homosexual assaults to
heterosexual rape and pedophilic acts.
"They would also experience the emotional accompaniment of these
exhortations as urges that were hard to control. Often the urges and
thoughts and voices caused the victim to experience tremendous fear
and rage. Some of the victims experienced the 'loss of time,' in which
they would be conscious, but somehow missed what happened to them for
extended periods, ranging from minutes to hours at a time. They could
not account for themselves during these periods.
"Some of the victims made the association that these 'attacks'
coincided with watching television or from working at their computers.
A number of victims learned that if they lost themselves in a crowd,
they could frequently interrupt the 'transmissions.' This would lead
them often to wander into crowded places in order to get some peace.
"Inevitably these people would seek medical attention. The majority of
these people had no prior history of psychiatric illness. Their
experience of the voices had a sudden onset, and they could pinpoint
the time or date the first awareness of these events occurred.
Although many would be told that they had a psychiatric illness
causing them auditory hallucinations, a number of eminent
psychiatrists who studied some of these victims felt that the ones
truly victimized by this 'technology' did not fall into any
psychiatric diagnosis, and that they were not experiencing auditory
hallucinations. Quite a number of victims were successful
well-adjusted people prior to the onset of the symptoms.
Characteristically, all of the content of the voices, which was so
perverse, had no reference to past character development in these
people.
"This reporter, who we will call M, told me that quite by chance, when
one physician had prescribed a phenothiazine called Haldol without
telling the patient what it was, the voices stopped almost
immediately. However, when the patient found out the name of the
medicine, the voices resumed. They tried this on a number of other
patients, and found the same thing happened. It was as if there was
something physiologically relevant to the action of the "transmission"
that interfered with it, but if the monitoring agent behind the
technology found out what the interfering drug was, it somehow could
abort the efficacy.
"One has to say, as a skeptic, that an initial placebo effect was
eliminated once the patient discovered that the medicine was used for
psychiatric patients with hallucinations or psychosis. Yet, one has to
wonder why, when Haldol is very effective in eliminating hallucinosis
with or without the patient's knowledge, why there seemed to be this
reproducible escape of efficacy, once the name of the medicine was
introduced to consciousness of the victim.
"Another attribute of the attackers according to M was their ability
to learn of the victim's past medical history. One of the
manifestations of the attack often was the reproduction of acute
symptomatology that clinically resembled perfectly attacks of genuine
disease conditions, such as acute abdominal pain associated with
appendicitis, or chest pain associated with myocardial ischemia, of
abdominal pain associated with pelvic inflammatory disease. When these
people would seek medical attention for these symptoms, however, there
would be absolutely no evidence clinically that anything truly
pathologic was happening. Again, this would contribute to the judgment
of the health provider that the victim was a 'crock,' meaning that it
was all some form of psychosomatic neurosis.
"Investigative reporter M declared that his investigation of this
phenomenon had taken him around the world. He had interviewed
individuals in Soviet agencies, Israeli intelligence, our own CIA, NSA,
and Naval Intelligence organizations. He found that many agencies in
other countries had become aware of this and other similar phenomena,
and although they acknowledged working on technology that could
influence thought and feeling of human beings, made the distinction
between their efforts and this phenomenon.
"M stated that he was not able to get those assurances from the people
he interviewed at NSA. I remember a specific instance in which M had
gained possession of a copy of a transmission recorded from a victim's
television set that was submitted to NSA for analysis. Prior to its
submission, other scientists had verified that a very unusual signal
had been received by some very special device they employed to monitor
this victim's TV set.
"I was not told the nature of the signal nor was I told anything about
the recording device. What he told me however, was that upon
submitting it to the NSA, they were never able to get the recording
back, nor were they able to ascertain from the NSA official what their
findings revealed about the transmission.
"Investigative reporter M was making the association that the
victimization process itself could be propagated from person to
person. He stated that he felt that even through telephone lines, one
victim talking to another person could result in the person to whom
the victim was talking become a victim themselves. He also reported
that regarding his investigation, it seemed that as he got closer to
answers, that the people he would speak to would irrationally shut him
off, even after being initially engaged, interested and even
participating in the investigation. He believed that the controlling
entity or entities could sense when to interfere and actually cause
people to block their own perceptions and awareness. M actually came
to believe that the scope of interference could actually lead people
to do things that were destructive to themselves, like cause their own
automobile accidents.
"He believed that Senator Pell had himself become an unaware victim of
the manipulation of this force. He made this conclusion because of
times at which Pell would be seriously engaged with M, it was as if a
switch had been pulled and suddenly Pell would disengage, seeming to
forget what the conversation was about or that he had any interest in
what M was presenting at all. Yet later Pell would again invite M back
for further discussion, only to have the discussion interrupted again
in the same way. M was convinced it was not simply a distraction
caused by being too busy or preoccupied with other things. M also took
note of the fact that some of the others he had met along the way with
insight into this phenomenon had simply suddenly forgotten its
importance. And when reminded by M, they would deny even ever knowing
about it. M felt this was a defensive maneuver by the agent or agents
behind the 'technology.'
"My wife and I began to notice peculiar things in our own life
immediately after M would place a phone call to me. For reasons
unknown to us we would start to argue with each other and have very
bad feelings toward one another. It became such a pattern that my wife
pointed it out to me. I had never told her anything about M or the
content of our discussions."
"Shortly thereafter, I lost touch with [investigative reporter] M.
About a year later I tried to reach him to see how he was doing. I was
shocked to find that he was no longer working on this project, but was
on to something else. When I said why would you abandon the work you
were so fanatically committed to for the sake of humanity, his
response was as if he had no idea to what I was referring.
"It has been suggested that this horrible technology is something
covertly being used by our government. Although I cannot rule it in or
out, I sincerely believe that something real is going on that is not a
part of normal physiology to affect these people. Not everyone who
hears voices is a victim of this, just as not everyone who is a victim
of this hears voices. My experience suggests to me that there is
something definitely impacting certain people, perhaps at random, from
the outside in."
"Brain imaging techniques are available, such as MRI and PET scans.
The MRI is useful for examining brain structure, whereas the PET scan
is designed to examine the metabolic activity in the brain. Unless a
victim has been subjected to signals that affect the physical
structure of the brain, the MRI is of limited value; however the PET
scan could determine the difference between internally generated
symptoms and externally generated signals."

anti-mind control group, appealing to the world at large to help
expose and stop the practice of covert mind/body and conventional

"The Moscow Committee for Ecological Dwellings Against Psychotronic
Violence appeals to the World Community with a request for the
conducting of an international investigation into the into the facts
about the large-scale application of psychotronic weapons against
citizens of the Russian Federation.
"From the data cited in scientific publications, from the mass media
and from the numerous complaints by citizens in various instances, it
is known that psychotronic weapons are used for conducting bio-medical
experiments, for the control and management of citizens of the Russian
Federation, as well as for military purposes.
"The complete absence of any control of the development and the
illegal distribution of these weapons allows for the groups owning
them to apply the entire arsenal of psycho-technological devices,
methods and apparatuses for the psycho-physical manipulation of
humans, their behavior, their consciousness, and their gene-pools.
"From the President on down to the ordinary citizen, psychotronic
terrorism has transformed the apartments of Russians into torture
chambers. At the same time, methods of retaliatory psychiatry are used
against persons who are trying to stop the violence, and psychiatry
is, of course, backed by law enforcement agencies.
"Numerous appeals during the course of the last 9 years by our
committee to all governmental levels, to the President, to the
Administration, and to the Governmental Duma, did not produce any
results.
"Therefore, we are compelled to address the World Community regarding
the above stated problem, as similar crimes (mass terrorism, the
genocide of a nation) are subject to the jurisdiction of an
International Tribunal."

Sueann, the webmaster of the Stop Covert War web site, has handled a
good many calls and meetings with mind control victims over her
decades as a mind control target and researcher. She has collected
some very blunt facts of life for victims who have recently realized
they are in some sort of deliberate harassment scheme, and I'm going
to share some of these with you here. The term "perp" refers to the
perpetrators of the mind control crimes:
"The Perps will mess with everything you do.
"It's their job. That's why they get paid. In order to justify their
job and their pay, they have to mess you up. Knowing this you should
take nothing for granted.
"The Perps will mess up all your relationships.
"This means family, friends, acquaintances, and coworkers---no one
will help you, no one will be able to resist perp treachery, no one
will be loyal to you. The Perps will lie, intimidate, and fabricate
evidence until everyone co-operates with their evil scheme to trash
your life.
"The Perps will mess with your communications.
"All means of communication you use will be messed with. Phone
conversations are sometimes disconnected or rendered unintelligible.
Time sensitive snail mail and e-mail often arrives after the date of
the event, further contributing to isolation. E-mail is especially
filtered so that it arrives late or not at all.
"The Perps will mess up your credit.
"Even if you pay your bills on time, the Perps can mess up your credit
through mail tampering and terrorist break-ins. Perps know where you
keep everything, including any new mail you collect from day to day.
It has been reported that the Perps will steal a selected bill from
the pile of mail on the kitchen table or wherever, so that the Target
does not know the bill has arrived, until a late notice is received.
"The Perps will mess with every job you get.
"This is why most Targeted Individuals are not working. Even if you
are able to find a job, the Perps will tell lies to your boss and
co-workers so as to gain co-operation for on the job harassment. Then
your projects will be sabotaged, your co-workers will pick fights with
you, your good work will go unrecognized, and eventually, you will be
harassed right out of the job.
"The Perps will sabotage your vehicle.
"The real reason for the problem will never be found by you or your
mechanic. Targets have reported finding Jell-O in the transmission
fluid, dirt in the oil, lights left on to drain the battery, coolant
drained out, and finding locked doors left standing open. Part of the
Perp's job is to drain your resources through endless auto repairs
made out to look like normal wear and tear.
"The Perps may try to cause you to have an auto accident.
"Some Survivors report the Perps deliberately caused a car wreck. In
one case, the Targeted One was forced by police to go to a hospital,
even though her injuries were minor. Surgery was done and thereafter,
she was tormented 24 hours a day.
"The Perps will make you appear insane.
"The Perps plan for you is deliberately designed to make you appear
paranoid. Perps will enter your home, leave something out of place,
steal something, or leave something there which was not there before.
This is all part of the plan so that if you report this to the police,
you look like you just forgot, or your mind isn't 'quite right'. This
is a terrorist break in, designed to make you look paranoid. Usually,
when strangers enter a home, Police expect to find valuables missing.
When you report the thieves stole a stick of butter and left the TV
and VCR alone, the police will conclude that you are a mental case."

the editor of the original Mind Control Forum in the late 1990s, the
More Than Conquerors group took over. More Than Conquerors is a group

Virtually all mind control victims are tortured from the day they
became victims until their death. The intensity of the torture varies
with time, and from victim to victim. The signals are unshieldable.
The street, neighbourhood, and at-work harassment is always there. Law
enforcement laughs at victims' stories. The courts call mind control
allegations "trivial" and don't allow victims to present evidence.
Psychiatry in the "free" world is every bit as ready to diagnose
people making allegations of government wrongdoing as "needing
medication" (and maybe locking up and shock treatment) ..as in the
Soviet Union. The media ignore mind control for the most part, or add
their own ridicule.
Government and private "helping agencies" ignore mind control, or
parrot the line that "you need professional help" without any basis
for making such statements.
So "coping" is largely a process of remaining physically alive while
being tortured, INVISIBLY tortured, at every conceivable level, while
being laughed at and being called "wacko". There are a few principles
which mind control victims can use, more for "survival" than "coping".
And using these methods requires extreme self control and restraint:
* Tell no one except other mind control victims what is happening to
you, especially family members who can have you locked up.
* Listen to as much of the United States Patriot Movement's uncensored
news as you can to keep your spirits up. Search the web for this
series of words: shortwave patriot new world order news ..to locate
information about these broadcasts on AM and FM, shortwave, and the
web. Patriot broadcasters are aware that mind control is happening.
* Get as much exercise and walking around out of doors as you can.
* Restrict what you tell a doctor to specific symptoms and do not ever
speculate about the cause. Do not complain to a doctor about "voices"
or "strange smells", as the automatic and guaranteed diagnosis will be
(wrongly) ..mental illness. Doctors are NOT qualified to judge whether
a person is subject to covert government experimentation or
harassment. Covert government harassment and experimentation in the
recent past are WELL documented, and covered in other Mind Control
Minutes.
* Make complaints to law enforcement ONLY when the evidence is
overwhelming and physical, like a totally trashed house after a
break-in.
* Do not tell anyone about shielding experiments, and don't appear in
public with "foil beanies" and obvious shielding.
* Activism to expose and stop mind control should contain a
substantial base of information which is on public record and
provable. Refer to advanced technologies as "unknown" rather than
speculating. And do realize that activism carries with it the risk of
being locked up.
It is a standing tribute to mind control victims that they, by and
large, endure treatment at least equal to that of the Jews in Nazi
Germany (prior to being shipped to the death camps) while remaining
alive and functional.
And one might say that for those victims who have committed SUICIDE,
their experience was on a par with the death camps.
